How do we build a place where our team thrives while we are successful in our mission? What are the most important components of a healthy culture? How do we ‘onboard’ new people into our culture quickly and effectively? These are some of the answers we will explore together in this new course, Developing a Leadership Culture.

I want to help you understand how culture works and how to equip your teams and leaders to build trust and experience the empowerment of a healthy environment. Culture happens with every group of human beings. We can either do it with authentic intention or we can end up with something we don’t want.
