Great course. I've been trying to practice this material since I read KYLO & COH 4 or so years ago. In Unpunishable 2, I think you need to include some "how to" helps. In the Heather and Ben story, Danny starts the story, then says something like, "we had a meeting," and I was waiting with my pencil and notebook for the answer to my "what kinds of questions do I ask?" question. But Danny then just skipped right to "the next year was awful, really ugly." Then "Ben was persistent and restored." I am really happy for Ben, but I was totally left hanging for practical help. I have a situation at my office where an employee has seriously breached confidentiality and "should" be fired. She is fighting for her job and has gone into self-protection mode. This is making everything worse because she won't say anything to help me figure out where the damage is so we can clean up the mess. I need some practical help on this question process. This "bring the hope" idea that gets to the root of the problem. Danny left me hanging on the practical. You could re-do Session 8 a little bit.

1 concept from the first module just did me in: Old Testament, "I'm here to show you the rules" Jesus, "I'm here to show you the Father" Wow, just WOW!!!!!!!!!!

This was exceptional! I realized that our society where everyone is so anxious is a direct attack from the enemy on the love God wants to reveal through His body. We need to cultivate honor and keep our love on to combat this societal attack. It was especially revelatory to realize that I have struggled with people that don’t remind me of me. I didn’t know how to honor and value them despite our disagreements. That is the area God is having me work on.

I loved this course. The teachings are all transferable across every leadership arena. Unpunishable was especially transformative. There’ll be seeds sown in those teachings that will continue to grow season after season. Thank you.

Danny does an amazing job at transforming what man thinks leadership is to what Kingdom leadership truly looks like. Excellent materials for anyone involved in leading anything, from a church to a business. Very key information and practical tools to implement. The one lesson "Unpunishable" is worth the cost of the entire course alone.

Thank you for explaining the perspective about covenant from a different lens. The knowledge brought a beautiful perspective that I can build upon.

As a business leader, I thought that some of these sections would not apply, but each one was directly actionable to where I am. This course revealed how much I need to change my thinking to God's. But its also given me the hope that I can do so with the Holy Spirit's help. My only suggestion: Make the Unpunishable section approximately 20 hours long and fill it with different stories. I feel like I need to keep hearing that message in a hundred different ways to begin to internalize it.

I work in the behavioral health field, and the teachings and lessons learned here transcend any religious boundaries and are the foundations of honor in our relationships.

I think this was a very good foundation for leadership and loving people well. The misconceptions that are faced in the topic of leadership can be controversial, and they were addressed head on, in a loving and respectful way that created such a safe place for those that struggle with these ideas. Great track!
