Fundamentals = A+ , Delivery and Study Guide = C-

by Kurt Theobald
First, I want to be clear that I have deeply benefited from Danny’s teachings and only share my perspectives because I want this content to reach more people more effectively. The fundamental ideas expressed are great. The set is warm and inviting. The TV screen behind Danny is too small for reading on mobile viewing. The cuts to the screen content feel power-pointy. The lack of variation in the camera angle makes it a bit dull. And there is a lack of visual engagement in general, which is painful for viewer. Whatever learning management system you’re using is clunky. There are very modern, easy-to-use LMSs out there that are elegant and simple to use. I’m currently making my selection for my own training courses and the quality far exceeds your experience. Finally, the study guide had some really good points, but a lot of very pedantic, “did-you-actually-watch-the-content” type questions that create no value for me as a learner. Help me make the content personal and practical! The questions about how I view God were better, but the best was the one to write down people whom I disagree with, to identify things I can bless about them, and the encouragement to pray for them. That’s the practical application stuff that creates real value in the learner! Happy to share more. To view some of the stuff my team has experimented with (we’re still just getting started on our own journey), go to OriginalLeadership.com. We’re about to release our first leadership training course and would welcome equally candid feedback from your team!

Discovering Honor

by Marc & Lydia Buchheit
This was exceptional! I realized that our society where everyone is so anxious is a direct attack from the enemy on the love God wants to reveal through His body. We need to cultivate honor and keep our love on to combat this societal attack. It was especially revelatory to realize that I have struggled with people that don’t remind me of me. I didn’t know how to honor and value them despite our disagreements. That is the area God is having me work on.

Fantastic

As a business leader, I thought that some of these sections would not apply, but each one was directly actionable to where I am. This course revealed how much I need to change my thinking to God's. But its also given me the hope that I can do so with the Holy Spirit's help. My only suggestion: Make the Unpunishable section approximately 20 hours long and fill it with different stories. I feel like I need to keep hearing that message in a hundred different ways to begin to internalize it.

Powerful and unpunishable!

by Katieann Browning
Wow!! I greatly enjoyed this course! The foundational keys of understanding Heaven’s structure and being unpunishable is critical to, not just church culture, but life in general. There are keys in here that have had a positive impact on my family as well. Great course!

Amazing challenge

What a great class and a call to walk out our faith in a manner that truly changes lives and demonstrates the goodness of our God.

Loved it!

I think this was a very good foundation for leadership and loving people well. The misconceptions that are faced in the topic of leadership can be controversial, and they were addressed head on, in a loving and respectful way that created such a safe place for those that struggle with these ideas. Great track!

Great course. I've been trying to practice this material since I read KYLO & COH 4 or so years ago. In Unpunishable 2, I think you need to include some "how to" helps. In the Heather and Ben story, Danny starts the story, then says something like, "we had a meeting," and I was waiting with my pencil and notebook for the answer to my "what kinds of questions do I ask?" question. But Danny then just skipped right to "the next year was awful, really ugly." Then "Ben was persistent and restored." I am really happy for Ben, but I was totally left hanging for practical help. I have a situation at my office where an employee has seriously breached confidentiality and "should" be fired. She is fighting for her job and has gone into self-protection mode. This is making everything worse because she won't say anything to help me figure out where the damage is so we can clean up the mess. I need some practical help on this question process. This "bring the hope" idea that gets to the root of the problem. Danny left me hanging on the practical. You could re-do Session 8 a little bit.

Blown Away!

1 concept from the first module just did me in: Old Testament, "I'm here to show you the rules" Jesus, "I'm here to show you the Father" Wow, just WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Leading Heaven to Earth

by Joe Sokolowski
Danny does an amazing job at transforming what man thinks leadership is to what Kingdom leadership truly looks like. Excellent materials for anyone involved in leading anything, from a church to a business. Very key information and practical tools to implement. The one lesson "Unpunishable" is worth the cost of the entire course alone.
