Good course. My job is helping people. Outside work it continues. This course has helped me at a time when demands are increasing, to see better how to help people without just burning myself out or getting caught up in their problems or in co-dependency. Still more to think over and review. But great material to work with. Thanks.

I absolutely loved everything about it. It really opened for me when you can tell if someone is ready to help themselves. How not to create co dependent relationships. How to truely release the pressure of yourself if people don’t follow your great advice 😂😂. How not to get burned out and that it is ok to look after yourself and say no. I am not in any profession where I am specifically helping others but I am a mum of four children most teenagers, a wife and a friend. I could watch Danny forever and a day and still learn something new. I will be watching this over and over and over. Thanks. L.O.P

this course has provided cutting edge understanding of how to meet others where they are at and begin assisting them in such a place of empowerment that they can do the business of their healing in... I have been in the counseling field of trauma informed care for over 12 years and have been in need of the pastoral lens of this course as well as the self care lens and accountability it offers... thank you very much Danny Silk and team for one of the healthiest, boundary based, and empowering counseling trainings I have encountered

Thank you for serving God's people, particularly me. I feel better equipped to have different conversations with people. As a conflict management practitioner, I felt like a dumping ground. I feel more equipped to reframe conflict-related conversations into life-giving relational conversations.

Literally only one session in, and I am so excited! The first lesson alone is practical enough to help anyone helping other people in a major way. The five "E"s are going to be a go to for me. I love love love it! Great track!

Fantastic course. Definitely needed in my profession as a naturopath and so good to know I don't need to fix anyone. I can just walk along side them and ask good and tough questions. It's ingrained in me to ask: So what are you gonna do about it? Thank you thank you thank you!! You saved me a lot of trouble in the future , especially with difficult clients who doesn't really want to do the hard work of facing their demons.

Highly practical and intentional on all the areas I have faced as a people helper. Danny brings language to describe so much of what it feels like as a people helper. The illustrations help embed the learning all the way through and the use of study guides and discussion throughout are really beneficial Thank you very much to all the team!

This course is full of helpful tools, reminders, encouragements to continue to help others to be their best while taking the time needed to stay your best in the process. I am already using the tools learned with friends who want me to' fix' their messes, making sure they understand whose mess it is to clean, and giving them the tools to be manage themselves so they can fix their own messes, and feel empowered again. I am not a social media person or a feedback person. I wish I could just buy Danny and all his team all a drink and sit down and talk face to face to express how much I have loved this course and how i am using it. The more I've immersed myself and lived this out the more I am becoming the man I want to actually be, which is in turn helping the people around me. I am operating out of my strength and health and not my intellect and control. The change is so helpful. I can't wait to do the rest of the courses!

this training helped me adjust my "assumptions" that I had to do something to help others to guiding others to successful solutions by asking good questions and letting them be the powerful person that they are. I loved to "fix" things for people but realized that I saw people stay in their situation and not advance if I "fixed" their problem for them. this course helped me understand that people are powerful, and can make their own decisions on what they need to do.

I just need to say how seriously amazing this course has been for my life and the direction I've felt called to. There is so much here, so much to unpack, so much to digest. I'm so appreciative for this course. Thank you so very much.

Thanks guys for assembling this course! So few people in life seem to know these basic principles on how to actually empower people. This course, like the other two I have taken here, is so incredibly practical and engaging. It takes the mystery out of how to teach people to grow themselves with your help and how to not become over-engrossed helping people who are not really ready for your help. Can't wait to go back through and binge-watch this course! Applying these principles in my marriage, with my kids and in my other relationships is changing our family and friendships for the much better. :)

So wish I had done this course earlier. Showed me stuff in me first. I am 70 I have been helping people all my Christian life. This is the most useful tool. I run a transition home program for the homeless population in Conroe, TX. We also have a 5 day per week empowerment service and breakfast with the homeless in our city. The material in People Helping People is infinitely useful being that our team and volunteers encounter more people with a poverty mindset than probable most people do on a daily basis. That can and does wear us out. Not to mention we have our own lives with family, friends and our own problems. This course helps us to realize when our "help" is enabling instead of empowering. It gives us tools to help people become powerful instead of creating a cycle where they become dependent on us. This, as well as other LOP material, has really helped me to take a greater level of responsibility for my own life and choices, which in turn prevents me from becoming as resentful or burned out. This provides you with such simple. practical tools to be able to help others in the healthiest and most effective way possible. We bought the license to utilize this for our entire team and I am confident this will have a huge impact in helping us all to become better helpers! I am a huge fan because I am so grateful for how this material and the others from Danny Silk and friends, has changed my life for the better. I 100% recommend this to everyone who has at least one other person in their life!!!

I have gained much from this whole course. It has been invaluable to me to restate my role as a helper. I have previously been involved with our church pastoral and sozo teams but not currently. Recently a few friends, of varying closeness, have come seeking my help with problems in their lives. I have found this more difficult than expected, because it hasn't been them coming to me in a ministry situation as previously. I have loved Danny Silk's teaching on helping people - but the questions, guide and videos take it to another level of depth, breadth and can be revisited forever.

This is excellent material. I love the format. Easy to follow. Easy to understand. User friendly program. These bite sized lessons are perfect!
