This is a great off-shoot from the Relationship 101 course (which you should take first). He takes the one chapter or so from that course and goes into much needed depth on how to handle this very tense and delicate part of relationships--that place where most people either crumble or run to avoid it. Now I actually really look forward to confrontations! They have become a great opportunity for me to strengthen my relationship with the other person, rather than the avalanche downhill to ruined relationships. Well done, Danny and team! Well done! These courses are soooo informative and crazy practical! Engaging videos, great questions, super short (perfect for binge watching!)… Love it! Can't wait for the next course!

I very much appreciated the course. I had an important confrontation to make and confrontation is my last resort. But I had been pondering for over a year that I needed to tell my leader I could not long use my abilities in the ministry I had been serving for years. I did other homework (heartwork) before speaking, but this course was a back-up and encouragement. I took notes and filled out the assignment papers and paid attention to the very subject of necessary confrontation. The eventual hard talk went well. I was understood. I was able to convey my thoughts and feelings without blame. I will be peacefully released at the end of the month, officially, with laying on of hands to move into new challenges. Thanks for being there to address this important subject. I giving a 4-star because tracking with the individuals was not as helpfully informative as I believe it would have been for me if Danny had spoken point by point. It WAS, however, innovative. I had to hook into their personal perspectives and do some intuition-work to make their experiences relevant to my own.
